26. Ravens: Breshad Perriman

Breshad Perriman was injury-riddled after being chosen by Baltimore. He also played for Cleveland before finding a home with Tampa Bay in 2019. Perriman averaged almost 18 yards per catch on his 36 grabs. Grade: D
