Jameis Winston, Marcus Mariota and others from the 2015 first round have left a lot to be desired.

4. Raiders: Amari Cooper

USAT

Amari Cooper played three-plus seasons in Oakland before being shipped to Dallas for a first-round pick. He’s done well in Dallas and figures to be in the Cowboys’ future despite impending free agency. Exempting a rough go in 2017 with Oakland, Cooper has been a star. Grade: A-minus
