The New York Giants will play six times on national television this season and almost got pegged for a seventh.

Broadcasting officials revealed earlier this week that the Giants and Philadelphia Eagles were considered for the first-ever Black Friday game on Amazon Prime.

The Giants open the 2023 regular season at home on Sunday Night Football against the Dallas Cowboys.

Two weeks later they play the San Francisco 49ers out west on Thursday night and follow that up with a home date with the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football.

In Week 6, they are back on Sunday night, this time against the Bills in Buffalo. Then, in Week 14, the Giants will host the Green Bay Packers on Monday night and, finally, will face the NFC Champion Eagles on Christmas Day down in Philadelphia in the late afternoon window.

Instead of Giants-Eagles, the NFL and Amazon Prime went with the New York Jets versus Miami Dolphins for the first-ever Black Friday game.
