NFL Conference Championship odds: AFC rematch between Bengals and Chiefs is a pick’em

Betting lines for the AFC and NFC title games.

And just like that, we’re down to four teams. None of which are the preseason Super Bowl favorite Buffalo Bills.

Games are played for a reason, and Sunday’s tilt between the Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills are a prime example why. The Bengals won, and now they’ll be vying to return to the Super Bowl after the Bills were hyped all season.

Maybe people shouldn’t be so surprised. After all, Cincinnati is the defending AFC champion, and this weekend’s meeting with the Chiefs is a rematch of last year’s title game. KC is only a one-point favorite at home. The NFC title game between the Eagles and 49ers should be tremendous too, with the home-team Eagles favored by three.

Below is a look at up to the minute betting lines for those games at BetMGM.
