Is Cowboys DT Antwaun Woods Really a Free Agent in 2020?:: Inside The Star 

The Cowboys have plenty of decisions to make regarding their roster for 2020. They have more than 25 free agents with 15 being of the unrestricted variety. Along the defensive line, the Cowboys have five guys under that umbrella, with one being 1-technique starter Antwaun Woods.

He’s an exclusive rights free agent. This applies to any player with fewer than three accrued seasons and an expired contract. If his original team offers him a one-year contract and the league minimum (based on his credited seasons), the player cannot negotiate with other teams.
