Garcia is a 21-year-old rookie who made six starts in the regular season. He logged a 4.98 ERA and 1.19 WHIP in 34 1/3 innings of work.

New York used more of its top-shelf relievers than did Tampa Bay in Monday’s opener, but a late grand slam allowed the Yankees (+105) to avoid using closer Aroldis Chapman.
The top half of the Rays (-118) ‘pen will certainly be available behind Glasnow Tuesday. That makes the RAYS (-118) the lean but it’s a slight Tampa Bay edge at best.
Run line/Against the spread (ATS)
