Coming into this home tilt following an impressive win over the Celtics, the Wolves will again be down D’Angelo Russell, Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards, their three best scorers. However, they have covered six of their last seven games, so the Wolves are rolling.
They’ll be facing a Knicks team that’s a good bit healthier yet has disappointed fans this season. After making the playoffs last season, Julius Randle and co. haven’t been as dynamic on either end of the court.
New York is 14-19 ATS, one of the least profitable teams to bet on in the league. It does get a little better in their current situation as the Knicks are 4-2 ATS as road favorites.

Knicks 108, Timberwolves 102
Money line
PASS on the Knicks at -150 here. They just haven’t played up to standard this season. Similarly, the Wolves to win at +122 doesn’t make much sense given who they’ll be without.
Against the spread
“LEAN” to the KNICKS -2.5 (-120). The Wolves are just missing too many players. While their win over the Celtics did show excellent depth, Boston was without its best player, Jayson Tatum.
With that in mind, the Knicks have actually been better on the road, having an above .500 record when not at Madison Square Garden. Their road play is what’s kept their season afloat.
The Knicks are 4-2 ATS as away favorites and with the best player on the court, Randle, I’ll back New York in this one.
Over/Under
BET on the UNDER 214.5 (-112) as the Wolves are down their key scorers, and I don’t trust their backups to continue to get the job done.
Against the C’s, Jaylen Nowell and Nathan Knight combined for 49. I doubt history repeats itself there. While New York is healthier, it ranks in the bottom five teams in the league in terms of pace.
New York should dictate the flow of this game. The Knicks have played more to the Under this season with a 15-18 O/U record.
Five of their last eight games have gone Under the total. Without many key pieces for the Wolves, I’d assume this one will as well.
