There is a new 97 in town for the Cleveland Browns. A number that was formerly occupied by former defensive tackle Perrion Winfrey, the newest member of the Browns, Shelby Harris, will now take over that number. Harris is one of a handful of new members to the team, so the roster looks much different than it did just three weeks ago.
The departure of Winfrey and the addition of Harris is just one of many moves the Browns made to overhaul their defensive line. We are now just four weeks out from finding out how that overhaul pays off on the field in the regular season.
