The Cleveland Browns did not waste any time after defensive tackle Perrion Winfrey was seen in a video chasing a woman with a gun in downtown Cleveland. This comes off of the heels of an April arrest for assault on a woman where the victim was granted a protection order against Winfrey.
As he continuously proved he could not stay out of the news, the Browns have released their 2022 fourth round pick. At some point, the rubber has to meet the road as Winfrey was given plenty of opportunities to get it right in Cleveland.
