The Nets are finally back in Brooklyn after a long, successful trip out west, and they’re kicking the homestand off against a team they beat by 11 points just over a week ago, the Sacramento Kings.
A limited number of Nets fans will also be allowed to attend a game at Barclays Center for the first time since March of 2020. However, they still will not be able to watch Kevin Durant go to work. He’s still out because of his hamstring strain.
Jeff Green (shoulder contusion) and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (hip contusion) are both questionable for Brooklyn after departing from Sunday’s win early. Tyler Johnson (adductor; probable) is expected to return after a one-game absence. Iman Shumpert (hamstring; probable) is also in line to make his 2020-21 debut.
For the Kings, Harrison Barnes (foot) is questionable. He hasn’t appeared in a game since the Nets last played Sacramento on Feb. 15.
