Nebraska football received votes in the US LBM Coaches Poll on Sunday afternoon. The Huskers won this weekend over the Purdue Boilermakers 28-10.
The Big Ten saw quite a bit of movement in the poll among its members. The Ohio State Buckeyes stayed at No. 3, while the Oregon Ducks and the Penn State Nittany Lions each moved up a spot to No. 6 and No. 7, respectively. The Michigan Wolverines cracked the top ten at No. 10, two places up from last week.
Other ranked Big Ten teams include the USC Trojans (No. 15), the Indiana Hoosiers (No. 24), and the Illinois Fighting Illini (No. 25). Oklahoma State was the only school to fall out of the Top 25 this week.
Nebraska will return home this weekend to host the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, who also received votes in this week’s poll. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. CT, and the game will be broadcast on FS1.
