Nebraska drops out of US LBM Coaches Poll after Indiana loss

Nebraska is no longer ranked after their 56-7 loss to Indiana.

The Nebraska Cornhuskers are no longer ranked after the latest edition of the US LBM Coaches Poll. The Huskers went into this weekend ranked No. 25 in the poll but obviously fell out of the rankings after their disastrous 56-7 loss against the Indiana Hoosiers.

The Oregon Ducks are the No. 1 team after the Texas Longhorns lost to the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday night. UGA moves up to No. 2, while the Penn State Nittany Lions come in at No. 3, the Ohio State Buckeyes at No. 4, and the Miami Hurricanes round out the top five.

Only two other Big Ten teams are ranked this week. Indiana comes in at No. 13, while the Illinois Fighting Illini are ranked No. 21. The only two teams to drop out of the poll were Big Ten members, with Nebraska and the Michigan Wolverines out of the Top 25.
