It’s the news college football fans have been waiting for over the past seven (!) years: EA Sports will produce a new NCAA Football title, its first since NCAA 14.
The twist? The game will have FBS schools/uniforms/playbooks but not real player names and likenesses. It’s still exciting, even if a new game isn’t coming out right away.
It’s also led to lots of people coming up with mock covers, both for the games we’ve missed in years past and what this year’s edition might look like if player likenesses were being used. Bonus: some NFL players weighed in hoping to be on the cover!
