NBA fans had so many jokes about Lou Williams’ strip club wings after trade to Atlanta

Great day for Magic City.

All the way back in the July days of the NBA’s Orlando bubble, then-Clippers guard Lou Williams landed in mandated 10-day quarantine after he was photographed visiting the Atlanta strip club, Magic City.

At the time, Williams was adamant that he was only visiting the strip club to pick up food. Magic City has spectacular wings, and Williams — who had previously called it his favorite restaurant — even had a menu item named after him before the whole bubble controversy took place.

But Thursday’s NBA trade deadline was a great day for both Williams and the folks at Magic City because he was dealt to the Hawks for Rajon Rondo.

As predicted, NBA fans took to the news by revisiting the Magic City quarantine with jokes. But remember, those wings really do look great.

Great job once again, NBA Twitter.
