Ready to put on your tinfoil hats, NBA fans?
The Milwaukee Bucks played the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night, and after the game went final, Steph Curry interacted with Giannis Antetokounmpo. That would normally not be significant, but let’s remember the Greek Freak will be a free agent after 2021, which means he could be courted to leave the Deer.
It doesn’t help that there are millions of eyes watching the clip of their interaction over and over, trying on social media to decipher exactly what was said
So here you go, amateur lip readers: what did Curry tell him?
“Come to the Dubs.” – Steph, probably 😂 pic.twitter.com/PZRc8179JZ

But this might be the correct response, and it makes sense — wouldn’t Curry hide his mouth if he was pitching something to the Freak? Or, you know, text him in private?
In all seriousness though, if I had to guess I’d say Giannis asked Steph for a signed jersey to which Steph replied:
“I’ll get chu one, c’mon man”
Would also make sense due to reports Giannis has a freshly signed Curry jersey at his locker postgame.

That tweet refers to this report from an Athletic writer:
Giannis had an autographed Steph jersey sitting next to him in the locker room after the game.

Couldn’t read it because it was upside down from my angle, and still photos aren’t allowed in locker rooms, but Steph wrote a long note on the “0” half of the “30.”

That seems like the most plausible explanation.
