The Navy Midshipmen (1-6, 1-4 AAC) travel to meet the Tulsa Golden Hurricane (3-4, 2-1) Friday at Chapman Stadium in Tulsa, Okla. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET. Below, we look at the Navy vs. Tulsa odds and lines, and make our expert college football picks, predictions and bets.
The Middies put up a tremendous fight against No. 2 Cincinnati last week in Annapolis, falling just 27-20 as 28.5-point underdogs. While Navy has dropped three straight, they’re 4-1 against the spread across the past five outings. The Under is also a perfect 3-0 in the past three for the Midshipmen.
The Golden Hurricane have won back-to-back games for the first time this season, averaging 33.5 points in the two victories. Tulsa’s defense has been the reason for the team’s struggles, allowing at least 28 points in each of the past six. The Over is 5-0-1 during the span.

Navy at Tulsa odds, lines, picks and predictions
Prediction
Tulsa 29, Navy 19
Money line
Tulsa (-450) will cost you 4.5 times your possible winnings. That’s just too steep for a team under .500.
AVOID.
Against the spread
NAVY +10.5 (-108) is a decent play on the road. The Middies are still a run-first team, but they’re just a tick off from past year’s production. Navy averages 212.9 yards per game but just 280.3 total yards per outing overall, good for 127th out of 130 FBS teams. It averages just 17.9 points per game, too.
As for trends, the road team is 7-1 ATS in the previous eight meetings, and the Middies are 4-0 ATS in the past four trips to Tulsa.
Over/Under
OVER 47.5 (-103) is the lean, cashing in five straight for the Golden Hurricane. The Over is also 4-0 in Tulsa’s past four as a favorite, and 4-0 in the past four league outings.
For Navy, the Over has hit in six of the past eight as a road underdog, while going 8-3 in its past 11 against teams with a losing overall record.
