National reactions: Bills beat Chiefs but Kadarius Toney penalty takes center stage

The penalty, of course:

The Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs played another classic matchup between the two sides.

While not the high-scoring affair we’ve become accustomed to in recent years, there was still drama.

It looked like the Chiefs (8-5) were going to beat the Bills (7-6) on a late and wild play. Kansas City tight end Travel Kelce lateralled a ball over top receiver Kadarius Toney… but it turned out the Toney was offside prior to the snap. 

The score was called back and Buffalo held on for the 20-17 win.

As one would expect, the national spotlight surrounded that play.
