Michigan State will enter the month of October undefeated, which is amazing in itself. But will it remain unbeaten after its first matchup of the month; that’s a good question.

Michigan State will host Western Kentucky on Saturday in its second straight home night game. The Spartans survived an upset bid from Nebraska last week and will have to do the same against Western Kentucky. The Hilltoppers bring a strong passing attack to Spartan Stadium and certainly have the weapons to make this an interesting game. Just ask Indiana, which sneaked past the Hilltoppers in a two-point win last week.
