Mitch Morse among multiple Bills players in walking boots post-Browns win

A couple of walking boots were put into use by the #Bills after their win over the #Browns:

The Buffalo Bills did not escape their win over the Cleveland Browns without being dinged up.

In Week 11, the Bills (7-3) took the 31-23 win over the Browns (3-7). But there were multiple players spotted in walking boots following the victory.

According to the team’s radio partner, WGR-550, starting center Mitch Morse was among three players requiring the foot assistance. The two others were defensive end AJ Epenesa and offensive lineman David Quessenberry:

Of the three, only Epenesa’s was officially announced by the team. At the end of the first quarter, he was questionable to return with an ankle injury. He was later ruled out.

Epenesa’s issue might be the most concerning in terms of depth as defensive end Greg Rousseau has now missed two-straight games with his ankle injury. If Morse can’t go, it’s possible that Ryan Bates moves over from guard to center.

While a few injuries are particularly disappointing considering the short week as the Bills’ next game is on Thanksgiving against the Detroit Lions, there’s still time. We have to wait for the news to come.

During his weekly press conference on Monday following a Sunday game is when Buffalo head coach Sean McDermott typically updates injuries. Bills Wire will provide updates on all injuries when information becomes available.
