Miles Sanders to sign a 4-year, $25 million deal with the Panthers

The numbers are in and former Eagles’ running back Miles Sanders will exit Philadelphia for Carolina after agreeing to a four-year, $25 million deal

Only Howie Roseman knows how much a running back in the Eagles system is worth, but he apparently didn’t think Miles Sanders was worth $25 million over four years.

Sanders is heading to Carolina to assume the lead running back role for the Panthers and his $6.25 million average per season puts him in the top 15 in the NFL, ahead of Nyheim Hines per Over The Cap.

Sanders logged 1,269 yards rushing and 11 touchdowns for the Eagles last season and his 3,708 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns in his first four seasons were good enough to land in the top ten all-time in franchise history.
