Microsoft slashes Xbox Wireless Headset prices in surprise sale

You can grab the official Xbox Wireless Headset at half the usual cost for a limited time in a sneaky new Microsoft sale

You can grab the official Xbox Wireless Headset at half the usual cost for a limited time in a sneaky new Microsoft sale. Ahead of Prime Day 2023, you can get the Xbox Series X|S headset for $49.99 from Walmart, down from the set’s usual $99.99 price point.

Amazon is offering it for $79.99, though the price was briefly down to $49.99 there as well. It may fluctuate again, so check back if you’d rather buy it from Amazon. The set is still full price on the Microsoft store.

The Xbox Wireless Headset connects 100 percent wirelessly – no dongles or plug-ins required – and promises latency-free sound. You can connect it to your Xbox Series X|S, of course, though it also works with Xbox One and other Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices. The battery lasts for 15 hours, which is more than enough for even the unhealthiest gaming sessions.

The headset supports Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Headphone: X, and you can adjust the audio mix and fine-tune the settings to suit your needs with the Xbox Accessories app.

Prime Day might be just around the corner, but since there’s no guarantee the Xbox Wireless Headset will be discounted then, you may want to grab it now if you can.
