Michigan to wear lucky all blue uniforms vs. Texas Longhorns

Michigan Wolverines have a new tradition of wearing all blue uniforms for big games. ‘Big game blues’ will be worn for Texas Longhorns.

The Texas Longhorns and Michigan Wolverines have two of the most iconic uniforms in college football. Both have iconic helmets and colors. Texas never changes is combination. Michigan sometimes will roll out an all-blue or, more rarely, an all-maize combo.

Big Blue has decided to go all blue against Texas. For the 19th time in school history, Michigan will wear blue monochromatic uniforms. Over the past few years, the Wolverines have worn the ‘Big Game Blue’ uniforms for that the program considers its biggest games.

The Wolverines are 17-1 overall and 10-0 at home with blue pants. Michigan’s only loss in the blues was to Georgia in the Capital One Orange Bowl, which was a college football playoff semifinal.

The school used a video of the EA College Football 25 uniform editor to make the announcement.

Texas’ road uniforms are all white, so it will be a nice contrast. All blue vs. all white.
