Michigan State is the latest power program to offer one of the top athletes in the 2023 class in Nyckoles Harbor of Washington, D.C.
Harbor announced his scholarship offer from the Spartans on Saturday evening. Michigan State joins Penn State and Ole Miss as other schools to offer Harbor this month. He also has offers from Boston College, Maryland and Temple.

Harbor is ranked as the No. 10 athlete and No. 87 overall prospect in the 2023 class in 247Sports Composite. He is also rated as the top recruit in our nation’s capital by the 247Sports.
Harbor is listed as a wide receiver and defensive end for Archbishop Carroll High School, according to MaxPreps.
