One of the top defenseman on the market has committed to Michigan State

Moments after the Michigan State hockey team won the Great Lakes Invitational on Monday, the Spartans earned another win, this time being on the recruiting trail.

One of the most heralded prospects on the market, Tyson Jugnauth, has committed to Michigan State. Jugnauth has spent two seasons with Wisconsin, before returning to juniors to play for the WHL’s Portland Winterhawks scoring 45 points in just 32 games.

The defenseman will join the Spartans program next year with two years of eligibility remaining.
