When I saw the offer that went out today from Michigan State football, I had to do a double-take. On Thursday the Spartans offered 2027 wide receiver and safety Kanan Khansarinia, who has been on campus this week for the Spartans’ summer football camp.
Khansarinia is from Huntington Beach, CA and recently finished the seventh grade, which seems kind of crazy but is in line with the way Tucker has recruited since coming to MSU.
This offer comes on the same day that MSU offered Danel Odom of the 2026 class. This has been a trend under Mel Tucker where he has gotten in very early with the recruitment of very young players and it looks like this summer camp will be another opportunity for him and his staff to look at an upcoming generation of players before they have dozens of offers already racked up.
