The Michigan State football program went through some hardships when it comes to field goal kicking this past season, after having that position pretty consistently locked down in the past. Now, the Spartans will look to find their kicker of the future, and it looks like they are looking fairly close to home.
On Thursday, the Spartans offered Yousef Obeid, a 2023 kicker out of Dearborn, Michigan.
Obeid also has interest from Cincinnati, Notre Dame, and Wisconsin.
I am blessed to receive an offer from The Michigan State University! Thank you @Coach_mtucker @CoachKhalif @CoachEls_MSU @MSU_Football 💚🤍 pic.twitter.com/yBdgsgyYBh
