Michigan State Football head coach Mel Tucker has been given some extra patience by fans as he navigates a tricky pandemic and tries to overhaul a depleted roster on the fly, but starting with the 2022 recruiting class, Tucker will need to show some results. One name that has picked up a lot of interest in the 2022 class lately is Anto Saka, a defensive end from Maryland whom the Spartans offered on Friday.
Saka plays for Loyola Blakefield in Maryland and has over 20 offers, with 11 of those coming in the last month as he recruitment starts to heat up. He is a 6’4″, 225-pound strong side defensive end which fits Tucker’s desired profile.
