Mel Tucker’s staff at Michigan State continues to be one of the most active in the country in terms of recruiting, seemingly sending out multiple scholarship offers on a daily basis. The latest offer announcement comes from Kevin Wigenton II, the 2021 3-star offensive guard out of Princeton, New Jersey.

Wigenton, who is 6’5″ 290 pounds, fits the offensive line profile it looks like Tucker and his offensive line coach Chris Kapilovic are looking for. The Spartans have offered multiple linemen 6’5″ or taller so far this offseason.

Wigenton is the No. 45 ranked offensive guard in the 2021 recruiting class and the No. 36 ranked player in the state of Texas according to 247sports.

Wigenton has offers from Big Ten rival Indiana, Pittsburgh and former Spartan defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi, Vanderbilt, and Yale, to name a few.
