After five years of college football, Michigan State football linebacker Jacoby Windmon is going to try his hand at the pro level. The linebacker declared for the NFL draft on Wednesday.
Windmon played three seasons with UNLV before transferring to MSU for the 2022 season where he impressed for the Spartans, recording 5.5 sacks in eight games.
I want to thank god for putting this opportunity in front of me. I am beyond proud of myself, and my family who has been helping me pursue my dreams. SPARTAN and REBEL nation will always have a place in my heart. Thank you for everything! #Gogreen #GoRebels 💚❤️ pic.twitter.com/fMoNXEWRhg
