Michigan State is among the top contenders for wide receiver recruit Tyrell Henry. Henry is a 3-star out of Roseville High School in Roseville, Michigan. SpartansWire talked to Henry about his recruitment last week, which can be found here.

Henry took to Twitter to announce his intentions on when he plans on committing to a university.

Michigan State sits well in this recruitment, as wide receivers coach Courtney Hawkins has led the charge. Michigan State will have to fend off Penn State, Nebraska, West Virginia and Cincinnati, four schools Henry told SpartansWire he is in the most contact with besides the Spartans.

Henry would be Michigan State’s first in-state commit in the 2022 recruiting class, and would be a strong start to Mel Tucker’s second in-state recruiting class.
