Michigan State Basketball had arguably one of the worst conference losses of the Izzo era when they got scorched by Northwestern 79-65 just a few days ago. Now, the Spartans will look to bounce back when they host rival Big Ten squad Wisconsin in the Breslin Center in the first Christmas day game in the 122-year history of the program.
“I’m hoping that there’s 500,000 living alums out there that are gonna open up all their presents Christmas morning and turn on the tube and watch the Spartans,” Tom Izzo said Wednesday.
