A Michigan State basketball alum has found a new home. It was announced on Friday that Nick Ward is signing with the Ottawa BlackJacks of the Canadian Elite Basketball League.
After going undrafted in 2019, Ward played for the Atlanta Hawks Summer League team that summer before heading to the Israeli Basketball League. He then went to the Turkish Basketball League before landing with the College Park Skyhawks of the NBA G League where he averaged 13.2 points and 6.5 rebounds per game.
Ward’s last stop was in the Turkish Basketball First League where he played with Istanbul Basket.
