In arguably the biggest college football game of Week 13, No. 2 Ohio State completely fell apart in the second half against No. 3 Michigan, and the Wolverines ran away with a dominant 45-23 victory — their first at Ohio Stadium since 2000.
After a close first half that ended with Ohio State having a three-point lead, Michigan took control in the third quarter before exploding in the fourth with three touchdowns — including a 75-yarder and an 85-yarder from Wolverines running back Donovan Edwards.
Michigan cemented itself as the best team in the Big Ten, even before next week’s conference championship game, and the Wolverines celebrated like it.
That celebration including some block M flag-planting at the Horseshoe (à la Baker Mayfield circa 2017), which is particularly hilarious considering the Buckeyes go out of their way to cross out that particular letter every year ahead of this rivalry matchup.
They did it at least twice: once on the logo at midfield and again in the end zone.
