Tennessee competed in the Michigan Invitational, hosted by Michigan.
The Lady Vols were victorious in nine of 10 matches Sunday to end tournament play.
“We played three really strong teams who all had different styles of play,” Tennessee head coach Alison Ojeda said of playing in the Michigan Invitational. “It forced our squad to really embrace the fact that we are versatile and, above all, we are willing to compete for every point.
“Individually, there are a lot of very good things that happened on the court for each of our student-athletes. We’ve got a good squad and one we are looking forward to competing with once the season starts.”
