Michigan climbs latest AP Top 25 poll after win over No. 21 Minnesota

Michigan football moves up the AP Top 25 poll after taking down No. 21 Minnesota. How high did the Wolverines jump after the win?

While there weren’t many upsets this week in the world of college football, but there was a huge upset inside the Big Ten as Indiana upset No. 8 Penn State in double overtime. That upset and a few more losses by teams ranked ahead of the Wolverines should help Michigan move up the rankings. Michigan also did its job by taking down No. 21 Minnesota 49-24, to help boost their chances of moving up the polls.

It will be interesting to see how Michigan being 1-0 compared to other teams that have played more games, but with it being a shortened season, the AP pollsters and soon the College Football Playoff committee will have to work with what they got. Check out the latest poll below.
