Michigan and Ohio State commits get into Twitter kerfuffle

Not a good look from the Buckeye pledge. #GoBlue

You know the saying: if you can’t beat them on the field, take to Twitter and act as if you did.

Wait, is that not a saying? Yeah, that didn’t sound right.

On3’s Hayes Fawcett stirred up a bit of (good-natured) controversy on Tuesday evening, when he tweeted about both Michigan and Ohio State‘s offensive line commitments, noting how each is neck-and-neck. Both rivals have four commitments on the OL, with three four-stars each and one three-star. Fawcett asked, which line are you taking? Somehow, (unsurprisingly) that stirred up a war of words.

Ian Moore, Ohio State’s four-star offensive guard commit from Indiana said he wasn’t trying to stir up anything, before insulting the Michigan contingent committed, and then he just kept on going. Here is how everything ensued.
