Mic’d-up Baker Mayfield was so proud about throwing down a Texans DB with his one-handed block

“I buried him with one hand!”

The NFL should really make sure Baker Mayfield is mic’d up for every game because it’s always going to lead to some genuinely funny moments.

The Browns quarterback hurt his shoulder on a tackle attempt following an interception during Cleveland’s game against the Texans on Sunday. It was his left arm (non-throwing), and he stayed in the game.

Well, that shoulder injury didn’t stop Mayfield from getting in on the blocking action either. On a toss play, Mayfield looked to pick up blocking duties and actually threw down Texans defensive back Terrance Mitchell with just one arm.

Mayfield — seemingly surprised by his own strength — had to brag about the devastating block to his teammates.
