The Miami Dolphins are a little less than an hour from kickoff, and we now know which Dolphins on the 53-man roster will not be suiting up for today’s game. The Dolphins shared the inactives list within the hour.

The inactive list features some prominent absences for the Dolphins, most notably among them OLB Vince Biegel and WR Allen Hurns. The Dolphins will now need to lean more heavily than ever on WR Albert Wilson to help mask the absence of Hurns this week. Wilson is looking to help convince the Dolphins to retain his services for the 2020 NFL season — a big performance could help prompt Miami to carve out a role and hope that the receiver can recapture his form of 2018. With Biegel inactive, Miami will call on DE/OLB Charles Harris, who will be active in his place. Don’t expect much production from Harris however — the third year pro has just 3.5 sacks in 40 career games with the Dolphins.

Miami will have their hands full trying to stuff up the New England Patriots, but even more so trying to keep the Patriots from attacking Miami’s paper thin depth on defense without Wiltz and Biegel today. Today’s game kicks off at 1PM EST from Gillette Stadium — the Dolphins are currently 15.5 point underdogs against the Patriots.
