The Miami Dolphins are a little less than an hour from kickoff, and we now know which Dolphins on the 53-man roster will not be suiting up for today’s game. The Dolphins shared the inactives list at the top of the hour.

The inactive list features no real surprises for the Miami Dolphins, especially after the progress the team made on the injury front at the end of the week. Miami has had several key players battling lingering injury issues over the course of the past week or so — but none that ultimately claimed availability for Miami’s opening salvo of the season against the Patriots. Miami will need all hands on deck to secure a win. The good news for the Dolphins? They’ve got everyone at the top of the depth chart readily available as needed by the team.

Perhaps the biggest surprise of the inactives is rookies is rookie receiver Malcolm Perry. The decision means Miami will lean heavily into WR Isaiah Ford to play — Ford had a strong showing at the end of 2019.
