Melvin Gordon has agreed to terms with the Denver Broncos, stepping into a backfield that has a great history.

Bobby Humphrey was drafted by the Broncos from Alabama. He ran for 1,151 yards as a rookie and followed it up with 1,202 yards in 1990. Those were by far his best NFL seasons.
