Max Kellerman says the Nets will go on a ‘rampage’ with James Harden

Max Kellerman anticipates that the Brooklyn Nets will go on a “rampage” when James Harden returns.

The playoffs are right around the corner and so is the return of James Harden. Harden cleared the air on Thursday that he is “very confident” he will return from his hamstring injury before the postseason, which could be a huge game changer for Brooklyn. It was expected that he would return by the start of the playoffs or during it prior to this statement.

With the Nets agonizing in pain after losing their fourth-straight game to the Dallas Mavericks, knowing that their team leader in assists is nearing a comeback is encouraging. It can’t come any sooner for them.

After the Harden news broke, Max Kellerman of ESPN said on First Take on Friday that “if James Harden comes back for example and is healthy and the Nets go on a rampage as I anticipate they will. And James Harden is the reason given the way he played in the regular season, he may have taken the crown.”

There are only five games left for Brooklyn to play before the start of their playoff run. A rampage is most definitely possible as they head into the playoffs with their squad almost fully healthy, something that they have not been able to achieve all season long. It’s only a matter of time that we find out too.
