Mavericks vs. Nets: Dallas snaps the Nets’ 8-game winning streak

The Dallas Mavericks, snapped the Nets’ eight-game winning streak on Saturday.

We have not seen the Brooklyn Nets lose a game since February 9th. Almost a month later, the Nets entered this game against Dallas with the longest active win streak in the league – but the team “just didn’t have it” on Saturday, according to James Harden.

Luka Doncic went off for 27 points, seven assists and six rebounds as he led the Mavericks to a 115-98 win over Brooklyn.

Harden has been on a tear lately, and he was sensational in the first half. Harden had 25 points, seven rebounds, and three assists by the break. The second half was the complete opposite for Harden. For the entire second half, Harden only had 4 points. The Dallas defense adjusted and it wasn’t a contest after the Beard was contained.

Despite the loss, Bruce Brown finished the game with 10 points, which means that he has now scored in double figures for the fourth straight game.
