Philadelphia 76ers rookie Matisse Thybulle on Monday told Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show” that he, like many players, was skeptical of restarting the season at the Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando, Florida.

Thybulle said he began to buy into the idea of playing at Disney once the team started practicing again at the team facility. Players were placed under strict guidelines upon returning to practice facilities and that helped prepare for life inside of the bubble.

In addition to practicing again, Thybulle hilariously pointed to the 108-page health and safety handbook that the NBA created to ensure a safe environment at Disney.

They also sent out this manual of what they’re going to be doing. It was like over 100 pages of the health protocols. I mean, I didn’t read it but I definitely saw if they were going to put that much into the whole thing to send the players, I was like, ‘Okay. They definitely put some thought into this.’

Thybulle and Fallon also discussed his blossoming video documentary series that offers a behind-the-scenes look at life inside of the bubble. He has emerged as a star off of the court as four of his six videos have each amassed over one million views on YouTube.

Since restarting the season, the 76ers have posted a 1-1 record after defeating the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night. Thybulle recorded five points, one rebound, one assist, one steal and one blocked shot during the 132-130 victory.

The Sixers play next on Wednesday vs. the Washington Wizards.
