It is a good time to be the Philadelphia 76ers right now. The team is sitting at the top spot in the Eastern Conference and they are sending Joel Embid, Ben Simmons, and coach Doc Rivers to Atlanta for the All-Star game on Sunday.
Things got even better for them on Thursday as second-year guard Matisse Thybulle was honored by Red Bull with his own mural in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. The defensive stud of Washington has been terrific on that end all season and he is the reason for a great cause.
The Sixers and Red Bull are teaming up to donate $250 for each steal Thybulle gets this season. So far, they have donated $11,500 and the money will go to refurbish local basketball courts in collaboration with the Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Department.

Considering that Thybulle is averaging 2.8 steals per 36 minutes, there is a good chance that the money number will go up as the season continues on. This is a very good cause in order to try and get the basketball courts all set to go in the city.
