The NASCAR Truck Series driver lineup is rounding out as Daytona International Speedway is coming this weekend. On Monday morning, [autotag]Young’s Motorsports[/autotag] announced that [autotag]Mason Massey[/autotag] will drive the No. 02 truck full-time during the 2024 Truck Series season. This will be Massey’s first full-time season in the series.
In 2023, the 27-year-old driver made seven starts with a best finish of 11th place at Texas Motor Speedway. Massey drove six of his seven races with Reaume Brothers Racing; however, he drove the No. 20 truck for Young’s Motorsports in his final race of the season at Richmond Raceway. It was a 34th-place effort, but he showed enough potential throughout the year.

Now, Young’s Motorsports has two full-time teams in NASCAR for the 2024 season. Leland Honeyman Jr. will drive the No. 42 Xfinity car full-time, representing the organization’s first season in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, while Massey will represent the Truck Series in the No. 02 truck. The hope is that he becomes a consistent driver for the race team.
