The No. 12 seed, the 2019-20 team, has made a Cinderella run for the ages. Despite being the lowest seed entering the tournament, this most recent rendition of OKC knocked out a team in three different Sonic/Thunder eras: No. 5 1998, No. 4 2016 and the No. 1 1979 championship team.
Now, 2020 will face No. 3 2011-12 of Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and James Harden, which beat the No. 2 1996 team last round and No. 6 1993 the round before.
