Madden 21 rookie ratings revealed for Colts WRs

Madden NFL 21 is slowly releasing the initial rookie ratings for the majority of the 2020 draft class. Now we know where Indianapolis Colts rookies Michael Pittman Jr. and Dezmon Patmon stand in the ratings.

For Pittman Jr., the USC product comes in with an initial overall rating of 71, which is tied for the eighth-highest in the class. His best skill rating is toughness, which comes in at 92.

Pittman Jr. was taken with the No. 34 overall pick in the draft. The Colts were elated to grab him in the second round hoping he will fill the role as the WR2 in the offense opposite T.Y. Hilton.

A fellow rookie in the sixth-round pick, Patmon came in with a 64 overall with his highest skill being acceleration at 90. Patmon will be fighting for the final spot in the wide receiver room during training camp. His athletic profile makes him an intriguing project and gives him a shot to make the roster.

With the rookie quarterback ratings and now the rookie wide receiver ratings released, it is likely that the running backs are next, which will be interesting for Colts rookie Jonathan Taylor.
