Once again, [autotag]Angel Reese[/autotag] is taking home weekly honors from the league office.
Reese was named the SEC Player of the Week for women’s basketball on Tuesday. It’s the 10th time in her career she has won the award and the third time this season after winning it seven times last year.
She has been a major contributor during LSU’s three-game win streak, and in victories over Vanderbilt and Alabama this week, she combined for 42 points and 35 rebounds. She recorded double-doubles in both games, putting her at 15 on the year.
That mark ranks sixth in the nation, and her streak of scoring in double figures in every game at LSU extended to 57.
Angel Reese has claimed her 10th SEC Player of the Week honor in two seasons!
