We can add another name to the transfer portal list for the LSU Tigers. According to On3’s Billy Embody, Alex Adams is the next name on the list to exit stage left from Baton Rouge.

According to his 247Sports recruiting profile, Adams was a three-star prospect from the state of Mississippi. He was the No. 69 wide receiver and No. 8 player from the state in the 2020 recruiting class.

In two seasons Adams caught just two passes for 11 yards in a reserve role for the LSU Tigers. He will likely move on to a team in need a wide receiver depth. He was recruited by Mickey Joseph, who is now at Nebraska. One should believe that the Cornhuskers might take a look at him as they try and rebuild their offense.

Adams also held offers from SEC rivals Arkansas Razorbacks and Mississippi State Bulldogs. Either of which could likely use his services. Adams joins a long list of players who are leaving LSU through the transfer portal.
