Two of the top wide receivers will be on full display in this game on Saturday night at Kroger Field. Wan’Dale Robinson transferred from Nebraska to Kentucky and the Wildcats are taking full advantage of the transfer. Kayshon Boutte for LSU is showing that he is the next great WR down on the Bayou. After three WRs were drafted in the first few rounds the last three years, Boutte looks like he could be the next.

While Robinson can be a dynamic player, we give the edge to Boutte for a variety of reasons. He is a big-play threat and Boutte can strike at a moment’s notice.
This season he leads the SEC in touchdown receptions with nine, Cameron Latu of Alabama comes in at No. 2 with five touchdowns. Can Boutte keep his hot season going again this week against Kentucky? The Wildcats allow 180.2 yards per game and allow just over one touchdown reception per game.
Robinson will have his opportunities as well. No Derek Stingley Jr for a while due to his ankle procedure. LSU gives up the most passing yards per game in the SEC, so Will Levis and Wan’Dale Robinson will get their opportunities.
